Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to Jammies Haven in their original condition, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspection: Once Jammies Haven receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.

Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Returns without a return authorization will not be accepted.
Leather Accessories
Please note that our refund and return policy does not apply to leather accessories. All sales of leather accessories are final.
