Exchange Policy – Jammies Haven

At Jammies Haven, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your apparel, we offer an exchange policy only. We do not offer refunds or returns for a refund.

Exchange Process

1. Initiate an Exchange

Contact our customer service team at support@jammieshaven.com or +91-7904130201 within 2 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

2. Exchange Authorization

Our customer service team will review your request and provide exchange authorization along with instructions for the next steps.

3. Shipping

The item must be sent back to Jammies Haven in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless otherwise communicated by our team.

4. Product Inspection

Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our exchange eligibility criteria.

5. Exchange Processing

Once the item passes inspection, we will process the exchange within 5–7 business days, subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, our customer service team will contact you to discuss the available options.

Exchange Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

• All original tags must be attached.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

• Exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the order.

• Exchanges are subject to product inspection and availability.

• Refunds are not provided under any circumstances covered by this policy.

• Items sent without prior exchange authorization will not be accepted.

Leather Accessories

Please note that leather accessories are not eligible for exchange. All sales of leather accessories are final.
